Premium Canadian Made Hot Tub Covers In Saskatoon
All of our spa covers are tailor made to order. With a variety of colours, materials, and upgrade options, each cover is made bespoke to the customers wants and needs. Spa covers are made tapered to encourage water run-off. We offer 3-2”, 4-2”, 4-3”, 5-3”, 5-4”, and 6-4” tapers. Tapers can also be custom cut to go as thick as needed for those larger spanning projects. We use 100% Virgin EPS foam, Aluminum “C” Channel, and Durable materials, like Marine Grade Vinyl and Pro-Tex Polyester, to manufacture each of our covers.
All materials are UV treated and mold & mildew resistant. Our Pro-Tex is PU coated for Surface Waterproofing. Vapour barriers can be upgraded from 2 mil to 4 mil, 6 mil and even 8 mil. The thicker the vapour barrier the lower the water transfer rate, making sure the foam inserts last as long as possible without gaining water-weight. Each cover made in our facility includes safety locks to meet ASTM standards, even on Swim Spas.

What Is Pro-Tex?
Pro-Tex is 100% Solution dyed polyester which is 25% lighter than vinyl. PU coated for surface waterproofing. Available in five different colours to match any surrounding.

An elegant finish to the side of the cover. Also helps to keep steam in the tub.
FULL SEALER
(Full Centre Seal)
A Full Sealer runs down the centre of the hinge on the inside. This adds extra thermal retention and helps keep heat in the spa.
FULL FLAP
(seam protector)
If a Cover Lifter is being used, a seam protector upgrade helps alleviate the weight from the centre seam.

Upgrade your handles to Rubber Handles w/Nylon Webbing.
DOUBLE ALUMINUM
Beef up your inserts by doubling the aluminum “C” channel for extra reinforcement. Perfect for those areas with high snow loads. *ONLY AVAILABLE ON 5” tapers and thicker*
